Does the coaching work in every country?

Yes — Strong Culture Coaching is 100% online so it works anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet connection. Programs are delivered digitally and check-ins happen via message or video call.
Can I train at home without a gym?

Absolutely. Programs are built around your equipment — whether that's a full gym, home dumbbells, or just bodyweight. You tell us what you have and we build around it.
I'm new to training — is this for me?

100%. Strong Culture Coaching works for all levels from complete beginners to experienced lifters. Your program is built specifically for where you are right now and progresses at your pace.
How does the 12-week commitment work?

All plans require a minimum 12-week commitment because real results take real time. After 12 weeks, coaching continues on a rolling weekly basis and you can cancel anytime with 2 weeks' notice.
What's included in the coaching app?

Your custom training plan, exercise video demos and technique cues, personal best tracking, weight progress charts, TDEE and macro calculator, meal planning, and weekly check-in forms direct to your coach.
